सामान्यत: Interviewers निम्न Parameters और Key Behaviors पर Focus करते हैं:

Content & Knowledge and Clarity of Thought

इसमें देखा जाता है कि student के विचार कितने structured और organized थे। क्या उन्होंने अपने points को clear flow में रखा या random तरीके से बोलते गए? Argument logical होना चाहिए, सिर्फ रटा-रटाया नहीं लगना चाहिए। अच्छे participant अपने ideas को examples या facts से support करते हैं। Clarity of thought से उनकी understanding और depth reflect होती है।

Communication Skills and Body Language

Communication में सिर्फ क्या बोला जा रहा है नहीं, बल्कि कैसे बोला जा रहा है भी important है। Eye contact से confidence और engagement दिखता है। सही posture (सीधे बैठना, attentive रहना) professionalism को दर्शाता है। Voice clear, audible और confident होनी चाहिए, ना बहुत धीमी ना बहुत aggressive। Positive body language overall impression को मजबूत बनाती है।

Team Spirit, Leadership and Inclusivity

Group discussion में teamwork बहुत जरूरी होता है, सिर्फ खुद बोलना ही काफी नहीं है। अच्छा participant दूसरों को भी बोलने का मौका देता है, खासकर silent members को encourage करता है। Leadership दिखती है जब कोई discussion को सही दिशा देता है और topic पर focused रखता है। Inclusivity का मतलब है सबकी राय को respect करना और healthy environment बनाना।

Critical Thinking, Listening Ability

इसमें देखा जाता है कि student कितनी ध्यान से दूसरों की बात सुन रहा है। क्या वो points को समझकर meaningful reply दे रहा है या सिर्फ अपनी बारी का इंतज़ार कर रहा है? Strong participants counter-arguments को समझते हैं और logically respond करते हैं। Active listening से discussion ज्यादा engaging और productive बनता है। यह skill analytical thinking को भी दर्शाती है।
